Last week, team members from across the country came together to attend the ‘Looking Beyond 2022: A Shared Vision’ conference. The day was made up of a collection of crucial moments of connection and strategy across all MFG functions; unveiling a clear pathway for the business.

Reflecting on our heritage, the Executive Team gave insights into the meaning behind this statement; our mission is about more than just selling footwear – it’s about giving people the confidence to live all of life’s moments.
From the beginning, when the Munro family opened their first shoe store, to officially becoming Munro Footwear Group – Co-CEO Marcus Bartlett spoke to the journey that has got us to where it is today.
Everyone who has crossed paths with MFG has played a part in making the MFG brand, and the team that has been built today will be integral to the journey in re-designing the future of Australian footwear.

A pivotal milestone in the Munro Footwear Group journey
Since 1962, Graham and Kerrie Munro have continued to develop and perfect their craft in the footwear industry. Together, they envisioned a collective of brands offering the best in Australian design.
