With extensive retail expertise and relevant field specialisations, our Executive team boldly lead our business forward. Collectively, they are responsible for overseeing management decisions, operations, and the day-to-day running of our brands and retail businesses, reporting progress to the Board.

The Munro story is about entrepreneurial spirit. About seeing the opportunities where others haven't. Being bold when others weren't.​

The story began in 1962 when Graham Munro identified a gap in the footwear market. Over the coming decades, together with Kerrie Munro, the couple continued to develop and perfect their craft with a strong focus on building relationships within the industry.

Their shared vision led to ten significant brand acquisitions in 13 years. By 2017, their combined efforts led to the consolidation of operations, formally establishing Munro Footwear Group.
