Founded by Ian and David Cull, ROC has spent more than 35 years earning its place in Australian footwear. From iconic leather boots to trusted school shoes, generations of Australians have grown up with the brand. Having proudly stocked ROC across our retail businesses for more than three decades, we’ve long admired what the Cull family has built.
The acquisition reflects Munro Footwear Group’s ongoing commitment to investing in iconic Australian footwear brands with strong heritage, loyal customers and long-term growth potential. Supported by Munro Footwear Group’s retail, wholesale and operational capability, it positions ROC for its next phase while strengthening the Group’s portfolio across key categories, including school footwear, and preserving the brand customers know and trust.

The existing ROC team will work closely with us throughout July 2026 to support a smooth transition before Munro Footwear Group assumes full operational responsibility from 3 August 2026.
