We’re proud to announce that we’ve chosen Amblique, a leading digital consulting agency, and Fluent Commerce Order Management to deliver new efficiencies by providing a unified view of inventory across our 250+ stores and our distribution stores.
Our decision to implement a new OMS is part of our ongoing investment in technology and innovation. This includes the rollout of an updated Point of Sale solution in 2023 and the development and construction of a state-of-the-art distribution centre in 2022.
Fluent Order Management processes inventory data at unprecedented levels to provide complete inventory visibility and accuracy. It then helps retailers to ensure that each order is fulfilled in the most profitable way for the business, and the most convenient way for the customer.
Chief Technology Officer Keng Ng states that the engagement of Amblique and Fluent Commerce is “critical to ensuring the effective delivery of the OMS solution designed to help achieve the Group’s omnichannel experience goals, and we couldn’t be happier with the service and product they are providing”.

Amblique is partnering with Fluent Commerce to introduce new technology to over 100 of our brands by October 2024.
At go-live, we will have visibility of up-to-date stock levels across all brands, both in-store and online. This will unlock seamless omnichannel fulfillment and manage the complexity that is inherent in cross-brand fulfillment, ensuring that customers can receive their orders from any store or warehouse regardless of the origin of the order.
