We’re excited to announce that we have partnered with Fluent Commerce to implement a new state-of-the-art Order Management System (OMS).
This collaboration is set to revolutionise our operations by providing a unified view of inventory across our 250+ stores and distribution centres, significantly enhancing our customer service and online and in-store retail experiences.
This strategic move is part of the ongoing investment in technology and innovation, which recently included the rollout of a new national Point of Sale solution and the creation of a state-of-the-art distribution centre. Co-CEO, Marcus Bartlett, emphasised the importance of integrating top-tier systems and processes to support its ambitious transformation agenda. “Fluent Commerce has an excellent reputation for delivering real value to retailers globally,” Bartlett said, underscoring our commitment to enhancing operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
By the end of May 2024, the introduction of Fluent will see to the optimisation of inventory accuracy and facilitate seamless omnichannel fulfillment, addressing the complexities of cross-brand management.
