In line with our strategic pillar of promoting continuous improvement, we’re always looking for ways to innovate processes across the business. For our wholesale division, we’re currently focused on introducing technology-centred solutions to enhance our wholesale customers’ experience.
To aid us in this endeavour, we have partnered with Brandscope. This wholesale e-commerce portal provides an elevated user experience for our wholesale customers — from placing orders to viewing stock levels in real-time and monitoring future orders. For our agents, the platform provides an opportunity for them to spend time on what matters most; fostering relationships with their customers and sharing their expertise on the ranges.

The platform also hosts a brand homepage, where our wholesale team can upload campaign imagery and marketing assets. This gives customers a holistic lens of the brand, solidifying the identity of the brand itself. They can access and download the assets on demand, for use across their social media channels or internal communications, which then amplifies awareness of our brands.
Ziera is the first of our wholesale brands we’ve transitioned to the portal, and the team are already working on uploading Mollini and Top End, with the remaining brands to follow.
